3. Device Ownership & Authenticity

By selling your device, you confirm that:

You are the lawful owner of the device
The device is not stolen, leased, or under dispute
All information provided about the device is accurate

We reserve the right to refuse service if ownership cannot be verified.

4. Pricing & Evaluation

Quoted prices are based on the information shared by the user. Final pricing is determined after physical inspection of the device at the time of pickup.

Any mismatch in device condition, specifications, or functionality may result in price revision or order cancellation.

5. Pickup & Payment

Free doorstep pickup is subject to service availability. Payment is made via UPI, bank transfer, or other supported digital modes after successful verification.

Cash payments are not guaranteed and depend on local regulations.

6. Data Responsibility & Data Wiping

While we offer secure data wiping services, users are strongly advised to back up and remove personal data before handing over devices.

We are not responsible for data loss once the device is handed over, except where certified data destruction services are explicitly agreed.

7. Cancellation & Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service in cases including, but not limited to:

Incorrect or misleading device information
Suspected illegal or stolen devices
Unavailability of the user at pickup time

8. E-Waste Recycling & Compliance

Devices that cannot be refurbished or resold are processed through authorized e-waste recycling channels in accordance with applicable environmental regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
